Description

Mahogany edge banding, also known as Khaya edge banding, is made from real mahogany wood veneer. It is a nice pinkish brown to reddish brown medium grain wood with excellent staining and finishing qualities. It will accept stains and finishes well which accentuate the grain’s natural luster.

WiseWood’s mahogany edge banding comes in 7/8”, 1″, 1.5″ and 2″ thick available in 50′, 250’ or 500’ rolls. It is available pre-glued with a hot melt adhesive and can be applied with a house hold iron or edge banding machine. It is also available in fleeceback with no glue, which requires an edge banding machine or glue application.
