Custom Architectural Panels
WiseWood Veneer can provide you with custom architectural panels beyond the ordinary. We understand that to achieve a positive outcome with any project you have to begin with quality materials. With that in mind our custom panels start with the highest quality veneers and core materials. We offer sequenced and numbered, end matched, cut to size and even blue print matched panels to your specification. These custom veneers can be laid up on a variety of substrates including MDF, particle board and veneer core to name a few. We’ll work hard to understand your expectations. As part of our process we can supply general veneer species samples, digital pictures or even actual flitch samples for your approval. Typical lead time on standard panel orders will be about 5-7 days from final approval to shipping. Some variables such as special matching or large volume orders may require extended lead times. In such cases we will communicate those changes and commit to delivering on time. Our highest priority is gaining your trust and confidence.
Custom Veneers
When a regular veneer or standard size veneer just doesn’t fit a specific need, we offer custom solutions. We have the capabilities to custom make veneer to your specifications. If that means an architectural or higher figured veneer, sequence matching, end matching, stack matching, slip matching or cut to size veneer, we can accommodate your request. You will also have options on backing material such as paperback, polyback or phenolic resin, wood on wood or even 3M pressure sensitive adhesive. Much the same as we do with custom panels, WiseWood can supply general veneer species samples, digital pictures or even actual flitch samples for your approval. Typical lead time of approximately 5-7 days from order date to shipping will apply to all custom orders. Some minimums may apply. Custom Edge Banding
Edge banding is the perfect finishing touch on any custom veneered project. When you have a unique situation that requires something other than regularly available edge banding we can help. Exotic, domestic, narrow, wide, or in between sizes aren’t a problem for us. Any custom order edge banding is available sanded with fleece backing or pre-glued with hot melt adhesive. We also offer thick edge banding in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm thickness and up to 6″ widths and profile wrapping veneer in 500′ and 1000′ rolls up to 10″ wide. Pre-finished edge banding is available in some species. In most instances a 5-7 day lead time is common and some minimums may apply. If you have a need we have a solution.
