Description
Sapele edge banding, also known as sapelli edge banding, is made from sapele wood veneer. It is a deep pinkish-red brown to a darker rusty brown color. This edge banding accept stains and finishes well which accentuate the grain’s luster.
WiseWood’s sapele edge banding comes in 7/8” thick available in 250’ or 500’ rolls. It is available pre-glued with a hot melt adhesive and can be applied with a house hold iron or edge banding machine. It is also available in fleeceback with no glue, which requires an edge banding machine or glue application.
