Description
Reconstituted black ash veneer is a manmade or engineered flexible wood veneer that is made from dyed and laminated layers of a fast growing secondary species of wood. After being laminated into “logs” it is then sliced to simulate the cut and appearance of the natural species.
The grain runs along the 8’ dimension. Quarter cut reconstituted veneer in black ash normally is not graded because it is man made and has no defects. This dyed black veneer boasts straight uniformly colored grain with a smooth texture. It is great for large projects that require consistency from sheet to sheet and accepts finishes well.
