Cherry Veneer

Cherry veneer is typically a warm pinkish to red toned wood that ages to a nice reddish brown color. Cherry is a hardwood and is easy to work with and strong. It has a satiny texture, tight uniform grain, and includes a common grain characteristic of slight figure or flashing. It is best finished with a clear coat to preserve the warmth and color.

WiseWood’s cherry veneer products include flexible sheets, edge banding, and cabinet refacing kits. Veneer sheets are available in multiple sizes and backer options, including 3M™ PSA. Eco-friendly reconstituted veneer is also available in multiple cut options. Matching the cheery look, they are made from real, more sustainable wood species. The edge banding is available unfinished or pre-finished with a pre-glue or fleeceback option.
